真空热试验中通常使用红外灯阵作为整星试验和太阳电池板试验的外热流模拟装置。文章从平面灯阵的研究出发,建立了使用红外灯阵作为外热流模拟装置时到达被加热面热流密度的计算模型,对影响热流密度均匀性的因素进行了分析,提出了红外灯阵优化设计方法,以提高热流模拟时卫星表面的热流密度均匀性。研究结论可以用于指导真空热试验所用红外灯阵的工装设计。
Vacuum heat test is usually used infrared light array as a whole-star test and solar panel test external heat flow simulation device. Based on the research of planar lamp array, the paper establishes the calculation model of the heat flux reaching the heated surface when the infrared lamp array is used as the external heat flow simulator, and analyzes the factors that affect the uniformity of the heat flux density. Finally, the optimal design of the infrared lamp array Method to improve the heat flux density uniformity on the surface of the satellite during heat flow simulation. The conclusion of the study can be used to guide the vacuum heat test using the infrared light fixture design.
