目的 了解浙江省钉螺及感染性钉螺分布 ,为制定血吸虫病防治计划提供科学依据。 方法 采用分层整群随机抽样法抽取调查点 ,5m系统抽样结合环境抽查 2框方法查螺 ,压碎法检查钉螺感染情况 ,设置假螺点考核查螺质量。 结果 在全省 5 5县 710 6个村中抽取 3 4县的 10 0村为调查点 ,在 2 1县的 3 2村中查出有螺条块 2 2 3个 ,15 72框有螺 ,有螺面积 73 3 0 0m2 。其中山丘型 18县 2 9村有螺 ,有螺面积 72 64 0m2 ,占总数的 99.1% ,与水网型比较差异具有显著性 (t =3 .0 4,P <0 .0 1) ;1,2层有螺面积 71680m2 ,占总数的 97.8% ,与 3层比较差异具有显著性 (t=3 .71,P <0 .0 1) ;沟和渠有螺面积占总数的 62 .6% ,显著高于田环境 (t =3 .0 2 ,P <0 .0 1)。解剖活螺 7892只 ,均阴性。推算全省有螺面积理论值为 13 61940m2 。 结论 估算浙江省当前有螺面积 15 0 0 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 0 0 0 0m2 ,主要分布在山丘地区近 4年内有螺村 ,以沟渠为主 ,但未查到感染性钉螺。
Objective To understand the distribution of Oncomelania snails and infectious snails in Zhejiang Province and provide a scientific basis for the development of schistosomiasis control plans. Methods The stratified cluster random sampling method was used to extract the investigation points. Among them, 29 counties in 29 counties with hillsides had snail and snail area of 72 64 0 m 2, accounting for 99.1% of the total, which was significantly different from that of water network (t = 3.04, P <0.01); The first and second layers have a spiral area of 71680m2, accounting for 97.8% of the total, which is significantly different from that of the third layer (t = 3.71, P <0.01) %, Significantly higher than the field environment (t = 3.02, P <0.01). 7892 anatomical live snails, all negative. Calculated that the province has a theoretical value of spiral area of 13 61940m2. Conclusions It is estimated that there is a current snail area of 1500-20000-20000m2 in Zhejiang Province. It is mainly distributed in the past 4 years in the hill area. There are spiral ditches in the area, mainly dominated by ditches, but no infectious snail was found.
