身为国务院“长子”的国家发展和改革委员会,可谓是一出生,就风华正茂。这不仅因为它“兼容并包”式的华丽亮相,更是因为有着一份扎实的“简历”。2003年,原国家经贸委的部分职能和原国务院经济体制改革办公室一同并入国家发展计划委员会,改组为国家发展与改革委员会。三合一的巨大动作,使多年的“计划”从宏观调控部门视线中淡出,也浓缩着时代的变迁。
As the State Council, “the eldest son,” the National Development and Reform Commission, can be described as a birth, the prime of life. This is not only because it “compatible with package ” gorgeous appearance, but also because there is a solid “resume ”. In 2003, part of the original functions of the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Office of Economic System Reform of the State Council were merged into the State Development Planning Commission and reorganized into the National Development and Reform Commission. Three in one tremendous move, so many years of “plan ” faded out of the line of sight of the macro-control department, but also concentrated the changes of the times.
