目的探究不同剂量玉米须水提物对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法取40只ICR小鼠,随机分成对照组(纯净水)和低、中、高剂量玉米须水提物组(25、50、100g/kg),每组10只,雌雄各半,自由饮用玉米须水提物,用Morris水迷宫实验测定小鼠学习记忆能力,计算脑系数。结果饮用玉米须水提物30d后,小鼠体重低剂量组(37.1±5.4)g、中剂量组(37.0±5.9)g高于对照组(34.4±4.0)g。定位航行实验第2d,中剂量组路程(5 030.4±4891.8)mm、潜伏期(54.6±51.0)s比对照组(7 725.5±5 524.6)mm、(83.5±44.9)s明显缩短。结论中剂量玉米须水提物可能有提高小鼠学习能力的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of mandarin water extract on learning and memory in mice. Conclusion The medium dose of corn water extract may improve the learning ability of mice.
