企业在知识管理过程中,知识的传播、应用和创新都是依靠企业员工这一载体来完成的,而知识社区的创建,为员工之间知识的共享提供了很好的平台。企业员工通过知识社区共享彼此间的知识。同时,企业知识主管还可以通过知识社区将散乱、无序的员工个人知识加以整理加工,使之成为企业的知识,最终为知识应用和创新打下基础。
In the process of knowledge management, knowledge dissemination, application and innovation are all based on the carrier of enterprise employees. The creation of knowledge community provides a good platform for knowledge sharing among employees. Employees share knowledge of each other through knowledge communities.
