患者男,66岁,以排尿困难八日,下腹部剧烈疼痛两日之主诉于1980年2月2日急诊入院。自述于入院前五年开始排尿困难,为进行性,初起时症状较轻,自觉尿频(尤其夜间),排尿时间延长,尿线变细。时过一年,症状逐渐加重,尿时费力,呈点滴状排出,曾留置尿管排尿,应用抗菌素等药物治疗后症状缓解,去导尿管后尚能自动排尿,但仍不通畅,尿线很细。近八日来,不能排尿,下腹部出现包块,入院前两日在床上翻身咳嗽时突然下腹部包块消失,随即腹部剧烈疼痛,逐渐波及全腹部,但无明显发热、发冷现象。得病以来,食欲不振,但无吐呕,大便正常。既往史无可记述。
