构造了一种用刚性梁单元和扭转弹簧单元来模拟轿车车身接头模型的方法。简化模型的参数有扭转弹簧的方向和刚度系数。通过扭转弹簧的刚度来考虑接头的柔度,通过弹簧的方向来考虑接头分支的角位移耦合。通过超单元方法和加载实验2种方法,给出了接头简化模型参数的确定方法。数值算例证明了提出的方法的有效性。
A method of simulating a car body joint model with a rigid beam element and a torsion spring element is constructed. The parameters of the simplified model have the direction and stiffness coefficients of the torsion spring. The joint flexibility is taken into account by reversing the stiffness of the spring, and the angular displacement coupling of the joint branch is taken into account by the direction of the spring. Through the two methods of superelement method and loading experiment, the method to determine the parameters of simplified model of joints is given. Numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
