陶瓷材料由于具有优良的力学性能、耐磨蚀、易清洁等优点而受到人们的欢迎,成为人们生活和工业生产的重要物质资料。陶瓷的优良性能源于其独特的工艺过程:制粉、成型和烧结。然而,随着社会发展和人们环保意识的提高,伴随陶瓷生产过程产生的资源消费、能源消耗和环境破坏等问题受到人们的重视。从环境保护的角度来评价材料的开发、生产和使用正在成为材料研究的新领域。本文结合环境协调材料的相关理论对陶瓷生产的环境协调途径做一些分析和探讨。
Because of its excellent mechanical properties, abrasion resistance and easy cleaning, ceramic materials are welcomed by people and become the important materials for people’s life and industrial production. The fineness of ceramics derives from its unique process: milling, shaping and sintering. However, with the development of society and people’s awareness of environmental protection, people pay more attention to the issues of resource consumption, energy consumption and environmental damage accompanying the production of ceramics. Evaluating material development, production and use from the perspective of environmental protection is becoming a new area of material research. In this paper, the relevant theory of environment-friendly materials to do some analysis and discussion on the environment coordination of ceramic production.
