文章分析了企业负债与银行负债的关系，指出：由于企业的高负债率，银行又是企业的最大债权人，因而，优化资本结构必然涉及银行的大量信贷资产，由此作者提出了在优化资本结构的同时要优化银行资本结构的５个方面，即：１．优化企业资本结构应分先后、有所侧重；２．建立为各级骨干企业提供金融服务的主体；３．积极稳妥推行商业汇票，缓解资金供需矛盾；４．通过中介机构进行银──企债权债务重组，优化融资结构，硬化债权债务约束；５．银行对不同类型转机建制企业分别实行不同的信贷管理方式。
The article analyzes the relationship between corporate liabilities and bank liabilities and points out that due to the high debt ratio of enterprises, banks are also the largest creditors of companies. Therefore, optimizing the capital structure will inevitably involve a large number of credit assets of banks. The author therefore proposes to optimize the capital structure. At the same time, we must optimize the five aspects of the bank’s capital structure, namely: 1. The optimization of the capital structure of enterprises should be carried out successively and with some emphasis; To establish the main body of financial services for key enterprises at all levels; 3. Actively and steadily implement commercial bills of exchange to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of funds; 4. 3. Intermediary institutions conduct silver-company debt-to-debt restructuring, optimize the financing structure, and harden the debt and debt constraints; 5. Banks implement different credit management methods for different types of turn-based establishments.
