对局部荷载作用下薄壁方钢管混凝土进行试验研究,荷载通过钢支座(BM)施加。共有20个试件,包括12个钢管混凝土(CFST)试件、4个空心截面(HSS)试件和4个普通混凝土(PC)试件。在试验中考虑的参数包括:1)BM的类型,实心和空心;2)BM与受压构件的宽度比,0.36~0.73;3)受压构件的钢管壁厚,2.6mm和3.7mm;4)BM与受压构件之间的角度,45°和90°。结果表明,局部荷载作用下方形钢管混凝土依然具有较高的承载能力和较好的抗变形能力,并且CFST构件的性能比HSS和PC构件之和更好。使用CIDECT设计准则以及冯和杨提出的简化设计方法,计算局部荷载作用下方钢管混凝土的承载力,并与试验结果进行比较。
Experimental study on the thin-walled square concrete filled steel tube under local load is carried out with steel support (BM). There are 20 specimens, including 12 concrete-filled CFST specimens, 4 HSS specimens and 4 normal PC specimens. The parameters considered in the test include: 1) the type of BM, solid and hollow; 2) the width ratio of BM to the compression member, 0.36 to 0.73; 3) the wall thickness of the steel tube of the compression member, 2.6 mm and 3.7 mm; 4 ) Angle between BM and compression member, 45 ° and 90 °. The results show that the square CFST under partial load still has higher carrying capacity and better resistance to deformation, and the performance of CFST components is better than the sum of HSS and PC components. Using the CIDECT design criteria and the simplified design method proposed by Feng and Yang, the bearing capacity of CFST under partial load is calculated and compared with the test results.
