目的了解新源县哈萨克族居民死亡现状,确定严重影响居民健康的主要疾病。方法利用2008-2012年新源县的死亡监测数据,对哈萨克族居民粗死亡率、死因顺位、潜在减寿年数等指标进行分析。结果新源县哈萨克族居民粗死亡率为613.79/10万,标化死亡率为535.50/10万。死亡原因居前五位分别是心脑血管疾病、损伤和中毒、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、围生期疾病,占全死因的84.40%。潜在减寿年数为65 870人年,潜在减寿率为94.51‰。减寿原因居前五位的分别是损伤和中毒、心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、传染病、呼吸系统疾病。结论损伤和中毒、慢性病危害突出,传染病造成的健康损失也不容忽视,同时需要关注孕产妇和婴儿的健康状况。
Objective To understand the current situation of death of Kazakh residents in Xinyuan County and to identify the major diseases that seriously affect the health of residents. Methods Based on the death monitoring data of Xinyuan County from 2008 to 2012, the author analyzed the crude mortality rate, the cause of death and the potential years of life lost in Kazak residents. Results The crude death rate of Kazak residents in Xinyuan County was 613.79 / 100,000 and the standardization death rate was 535.50 / 100,000. The top five causes of death were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, injuries and poisonings, malignant tumors, respiratory diseases and perinatal diseases, accounting for 84.40% of all causes of death. The potential years of life lost were 65 870 person-years, with a potential rate of 94.51 ‰. The top five reasons for the loss of life are injury and poisoning, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, infectious diseases and respiratory diseases. Conclusions Injury and poisoning, chronic diseases, endanger the health losses caused by infectious diseases can not be ignored, while the need to pay attention to the health status of pregnant women and infants.
