我现在读高二了,习惯了以往高一松散的学习方式,进入高二后突如其来的快节奏学习让我一下子适应不过来,这时我才体会到了高中学习的压力。每次月考前我都会紧张得睡不着觉,失眠成了我考前必有的症状,考完了我还要提心吊胆地担心考试成绩。这种压力之下产生的焦虑感让我的成绩越来越差,我真的很担心自己能不能适应这种紧张的学习气氛。而且我听说高三的学习压力会更大,那我将来又该怎么办呢?
I am now in high school and used to be a looser learning style. After entering high school, I suddenly felt that I couldn’t adapt to the sudden and fast-paced learning. At this time, I realized the pressure of high school learning. Every time before the monthly exam, I would be nervous and could not sleep. Insomnia became a must-have symptom before my exam. After I finished the exam, I was also worried about my exam results. The anxiety caused by this pressure made my performance worse and worse. I was really worried about whether I could adapt to this intense learning atmosphere. And I heard that the pressure for studying in Senior 3 will be even greater. Then what should I do in the future?
