目的:探讨并总结结核感染T细胞斑点试验(T-SPOT.TB)在结核病诊断中的价值。方法 :回顾性分析了某医院的疑患结核病患者128例,通过收集大量患者的临床资料,并分别对患者采取T-SPOT.TB和结核菌素试验(TST)的试验方法,比较二者试验结果的差异性,总结其对结核病诊断的灵敏性和特异性。结果:根据试验结果可以总结出T-SPOT-TB试验的灵敏性和特异性要更优于TST试验(P<0.05)。结论:T-SPOT-TB试验相比较于TST具有更高的灵敏性和特异性,更加适用于作为结核病的筛检试验,在结核病诊断中的具有更高的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate and summarize the value of T-SPOT.TB in the diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 128 cases of suspected TB patients in a hospital, by collecting a large number of patients with clinical data, and patients were T-SPOT.TB and tuberculin test (TST) test methods, the two trials Results of the differences, summed up their diagnosis of tuberculosis sensitivity and specificity. Results: The sensitivity and specificity of the T-SPOT-TB test were concluded to be superior to the TST test (P <0.05) based on the test results. Conclusion: The T-SPOT-TB test is more sensitive and specific than TST and is more suitable as a screening test for tuberculosis. It has higher application value in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
