随着经济全球化发展、企业间的核心竞争因素也在发生着变化。现在对于外资包装制造企业而言,竞争越来越激烈,对产品创新性要求越来越高,使得人力资源已经成为了关键竞争因素。研发员工是包装制造企业能吸引客源的关键。因此如何提高研发员工的积极性,改善研发员工的创新性是该种企业无法避免的人力资源激励问题。本文针对外资包装制造企业研发员工激励的不足,提出了相应对策与建议。
With the development of economic globalization, the core competitive factors among enterprises are also changing. Now for the foreign-funded packaging manufacturers, the competition is fiercer and fiercer, and the demand for product innovation is getting higher and higher, making the human resources has become the key competitive factor.
