本文介绍在包钢高炉喷煤制粉系统改造中 ,结合现场条件煤粉由传统的螺旋运输形式改为气动斜槽输送形式。改造后具有降低能耗、防止煤粉泄漏污染环境、减少设备故障等优点 ,是喷煤制粉系统中的新型而高效的输送煤粉形式
This article describes the blast furnace pulverized coal pulverizing system transformation, combined with the site conditions of pulverized coal from the traditional form of spiral transport to pneumatic chute transport form. After transformation, it has the advantages of reducing energy consumption, preventing pulverized coal from leaking to pollute the environment, and reducing equipment malfunction, and is a new and efficient form of transporting pulverized coal in pulverized coal injection system
