本文介绍一种定量分析方法 ,用以检测合采油藏油流和管道输送油流中各成分的含量。该方法是利用原油的傅利叶变换红外光谱学 (FT -IR)特性 ,即使原油成分有微小差别也能区别出来。定量分析利用的红外光谱带为 31 5 0~ 2 75 0cm-1。这一区域有特征原油“指纹” ,其形状直接与原油的成分有关。这种方法检测速度快、费用低 ,可用于合采油藏油流的配产和管道输送的检测、多层油藏管理、油层划分和油层流体的辨别等。实例研究中 ,通过测定三种油组成的混合物中各成分体积百分比 ,说明了该方法的鉴别精度。
This article presents a quantitative analysis method to detect the content of the components in the combined production and pipeline flows. The method utilizes the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) properties of crude oil to distinguish even minor differences in crude oil composition. Quantitative analysis of the use of the infrared spectrum for the 3150 ~ 2 75 0cm-1. The region has a characteristic “fingerprint” of crude oil, the shape of which is directly related to the composition of crude oil. This method has the advantages of fast detection and low cost, which can be used for the detection of the distribution and pipeline transportation of the combined reservoir oil flow, the management of multi-layer reservoirs, the division of oil layers and the discrimination of reservoir fluids. In the case study, the identification accuracy of this method was demonstrated by measuring the volume percentage of each component in the mixture of three oils.
