加快钢梁架设施工进度、保障施工人员安全,黄冈桥项目部设计了铁路面脚手平台,并将其悬挂在架梁吊机的下方,这对于机械部分的安全使用形成了很大的挑战。为科学合理解决该问题,本文将根据架梁吊机的结构参数和铁路面脚手平台的荷载,验算增加了铁路面脚手平台后的架梁吊机在不同工况下的稳定性和受力情况是否满足架梁吊机的安全使用要求。通过验算的结果,分析架梁吊机在施加铁路面脚手平台荷载情况存在的安全隐患,制定相应有效的安全管理措施减少安全事故的发生,保证黄冈桥架梁安全有序地进行。
