目的:比较三种生物活性牙膏(精氨酸专效抗敏牙膏、GC护牙素、奥敏清脱敏糊剂)对牙釉质再矿化/脱矿作用的影响。方法:建立釉质早期龋坏模型,经过15 d pH循环及耐酸性试验后,测定牙釉质在不同时间点的表面硬度(SMH)值,并进行统计学分析。结果:经pH循环后,三组牙膏处理组牙釉质的SMH值均显著高于对照组(P<0.001),耐酸性实验后,各组的SMH值显著下降(P<0.05),牙膏处理组牙釉质的SMH值下降较少。pH循环及耐酸性实验后,精氨酸组和奥敏清组的SMH值均比GC护牙素组高(P<0.05),精氨酸组和奥敏清组相比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:三种牙膏都可促进脱矿牙釉质再矿化,抑制酸性环境下的脱矿。精氨酸专效抗敏牙膏和奥敏清脱敏糊剂较GC护牙素有更好的再矿化潜能,减少釉质脱矿。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of three biologically active toothpaste (arginine-specific anti-allergic toothpaste, GC dentin, and Amin-deminjie cream) on remineralization / demineralization of enamel. Methods: The early enamel decay model was established. After 15 days of pH cycle and acid resistance test, the enamel surface hardness (SMH) values at different time points were determined and statistically analyzed. Results: After the pH cycle, the SMH values of enamel in the three toothpaste groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.001). After the acid resistance test, the SMH value of each group was significantly decreased (P <0.05) Enamel SMH value decreased less. After pH cycle and acid resistance test, SMH values in arginine group and at Aminqing group were higher than those in GC group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between arginine group and Aminqing group. Conclusion: All three kinds of toothpaste can promote remineralization of demineralized enamel and inhibit demineralization in acidic environment. Arginine-specific anti-allergic toothpaste and Amin cleansing desensitizer have better remineralization potential than GC dentifrice to reduce enamel demineralization.
