The 15th International Congress on Coal Preparation will be held on October 17,2006 in Beijing. This is a magnificent assembly for those working in the sector of coal preparation worldwide. China Association for Coal Processing and Utilization warmly welcome the friendly participants,both domestic and from aboard and wish it be a successful gathering. For introducing to foreign friends and domestic colleagues such information as the position of coal in Chinese energy supply,the characteristics of Chinese coals and its reserves,the development status and achievement of coal preparation in China,we have invited some domestic specialists composing articles in these regards and compiled a special issue of “Development of Coal Preparation in China” as an offer to the Congress.
