短跑、跳跃、长跑、竞走、柔道等项目是属不同类别的运动项目,它们的人体供能过程存在着差异。进一步搞清上述运动项目运动员的无氧功率现状及其特点,以及不同类别运动项目之间存在的差距。对了解和掌握各项目代谢特征,制定训练计划,控制运动量及安排是极为重要的。1 研究方法选用《优秀运动员机能评定手册》一书中Wingate 的无氧功测试方法。同时测定受试者的百米成绩和纵跳高度。实验组为北京体院附属竞技体校及运动系短跑、跳跃、柔道、长跑竞走等项目的男女各69名运动员,为便于对比分析,把上述运动员划分为短跳组、柔道组和长跑竞走组;对照组
