对10个不同厂家的丹参注射液指纹图谱进行相似性分析,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定丹参注射液中丹参素、原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛、咖啡酸、异阿魏酸、紫草酸、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、丹酚酸A、丹酚酸C 10种酚酸类成分,并利用F检验考察10个厂家丹参注射液酚酸类成分相互间的显著性差异程度。结果表明10个厂家丹参注射液的指纹图谱相似度均在0.9以上,不同厂家10种酚酸类成分的质量分数差异较大,通过显著性差异分析丹参注射液酚酸组分中有效成分的质量分数及其配比,发现存在显著性差异,说明市场上丹参注射液疗效参差不齐,其结构配比存在显著性差异。
