Crow—Fukase综合征是一种以周围神经病变为主的多系统损害性疾病,合并脑梗塞者国内未见有报告,本文报告1例如下: 患者 男性,46岁。入院前1年无诱因出现四肢无力及麻木,伴有低热。3月后出现四肢对称性肌肉萎缩,按“格林——巴利”综合征服用激素治疗后有部分好转。病程中相继又有皮肤色素沉着,性欲减退,双侧乳腺增大及双下肢水肿症状发生。入院前有间歇性右侧肢体无力发作半月。既往史、家族史及个人史均为阴性。查
Crow-Fukase syndrome is a peripheral neuropathy-based multisystem-damaging disease. There are no reports of cerebral infarction in China. One case of this report is as follows: Male patient, 46 years old. One year before admission, there is no incentive to appear limb weakness and numbness, accompanied by fever. Symptomatic muscular atrophy of the limbs occurred after March, and some improvements were observed after taking hormone therapy according to “Green-Barre syndrome”. During the course of another skin pigmentation, loss of libido, bilateral breast enlargement and edema of both lower extremities. Before admission there is intermittent right limb weakness attack for half a month. Past history, family history and personal history were negative. check
