单病种质量控制管理愈益受到普遍重视。吉化医院对已实行单病种质控的30个病种1995年全年病例资料进行了整理分析,依部颁《病种质量控制标准》为依据,统计分析由微机完成。结果:30个病种出院1981例。出院100例以上的病种有小儿支气管炎、脑梗塞、急性阑尾炎、肺炎球菌性肺炎、脑出血共5种。有17个病种达到质控标准;6个病种未达到治
Single-disease quality control management has received increasing attention. Jihua Hospital carried out the analysis and analysis of the entire 1995 case data of the 30 disease types that have implemented single-disease quality control. According to the Ministry’s “Quality Control Standards for Diseases,” the statistical analysis was completed by a microcomputer. Results: 30 cases were discharged in 1981 cases. Among the more than 100 discharged patients, there were five cases of pediatric bronchitis, cerebral infarction, acute appendicitis, pneumococcal pneumonia, and cerebral hemorrhage. 17 diseases met the quality control standards; 6 diseases did not reach the standard
