目的建立工作场所空气中氯乙烯的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定方法。方法以活性炭管采集空气样品,采用二硫化碳溶液解吸后,经DB-624弹性石英毛细管色谱柱分离,采用气相色谱仪进行检测。结果氯乙烯质量浓度在8.00~800.00 mg/L呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,最低定量浓度和最低检出浓度分别为0.15和0.05 mg/m3(采集3.00 L空气计);平均解吸效率为95.00%~95.50%,批内、批间精密度分别为2.98%~5.00%和3.40%~5.33%。平均采样效率为95.20%~95.80%;100 mg活性炭管吸附剂对氯乙烯穿透容量为0.87 mg;空气样品在常温下至少可以保存7 d。结论本方法解吸效率和灵敏度高,精密度好,样品保存时间长,操作方法简便,适用于工作场所空气中氯乙烯的采样与测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of vinyl chloride in workplace air by solvent desorption-gas chromatography. Methods Air samples were collected by activated charcoal tube, desorbed by carbon disulfide solution, separated by DB-624 elastic quartz capillary column and detected by gas chromatography. Results The linear relationship was obtained between the concentration of vinyl chloride and 8.00-800.00 mg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the minimum and the minimum detectable concentrations were 0.15 and 0.05 mg / m3 respectively. The average desorption efficiency was 95.00% ~ 95.50%. The intra- and inter-batch precision were 2.98% -5.00% and 3.40% -5.33% respectively. The average sampling efficiency was 95.20% -95.80%. The permeation capacity of 100 mg activated carbon adsorbent for vinyl chloride was 0.87 mg. The air sample could be stored for at least 7 days at room temperature. Conclusion The method has high desorption efficiency and sensitivity, good precision, long sample storage time and simple operation method. It is suitable for the sampling and determination of vinyl chloride in the air of workplace.
