为揭示本农场内部食品从业人员 HBsAg 感染状况,给该农场的公共卫生监督工作提供依据,作者对该场1996年食品行业年度健康体检资料进行了汇总分析,现将结果报告如下:1 基本情况所需资料均来自该场卫生防疫站资料档案室;统计对象为所有该年度在农场范围内体检过的食品从业人员;HBsAg 采用反相间接血凝法(R—PHA)检测,诊断血球蛋白为卫生部北京生物制品研究所产品;HBsAg≥1:16为阳性并经中和试验予以证实;SGPT 采用改良赖氏法,0~40u 为正常;全部采取静脉验血。
