目的:了解大型公立中医医院工作人员对中医人才培养模式的满意度.方法:以4所公立中医医院人员为研究对象,分层随机抽取200名临床、科研及管理人员进行问卷调查,应用SPSS22.0软件进行统计分析.结果:15.7%人员认为目前培养模式中中医传承特色突出.不足60.0%的被调查者有跟师经历,但对跟师经历认可度高达88.6%.36.9%的被调查人员对目前中医人才培养模式明确表示满意.被调查人员希望采取的培养模式前3位依次为国内外进修(71.9%)、短期培训班(64.3%)、参与国内外合作项目(51.5%).结论:中医人才培养模式有改进空间,但需政策支持,不断丰富中医人才培养模式,突出中医特色,并建立中医人才培养模式的评价机制.“,”Objective:To understand the satisfaction of practitioners' training patterns in traditional Chinese medicine among large public hospitals.Methods:A total of 200 clinical,scientific and management staffs were randomly selected from four public hospitals for questionnaires.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:15.7% of the staffs believed that the current training patterns of traditional Chinese medicine didn't show unique features.Less than 60% of the respondents had experiences with the supervisors in clinic,but there was a high proportion (88.6%) of recognition with the teacher experience.36.87% of the respondents were satisfied with the current training patterns.Training at home and abroad (71.9%),short-term training courses (64.3%) and participation in domestic and foreign cooperative projects (51.5%) were the top three training patterns that the respondents hoped to adopt.Conclusion:Training Patterns in traditional Chinese medicine need more supports of government.They need enrich the training patterns and highlight the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and the establishment of evaluation mechanisms is necessary.
