为了改变小学数学教学中口算、珠算、笔算长期自成体系,互不联系的分离现象,把口算、珠算、笔算有机地结合起来,使三种计算方法各展其长,交替运用,互相促进,减轻学生负担,探索大面积提高教学质量的途径,我区从1983年秋季开始,在银川、银南、银北、固原四地从小学一年级开始进行“三算结合”引进性实验。我们遵照国家教委负责同志的批示,对“三算”实验采取边示范,边推广的方式,经过六年的实践,第一轮五个三算实验班已经毕业,实验面逐年扩大(截至1989年秋,全区共有11个市,县115个三算实验班),取得了可喜的成绩。
