1目前企业结构未功能型结构、多层功能型结构、矩阵型结构、产品团队型结构、区域型结构静态企业僵化工作重复单一岗位职责角色确定流程化公司特点:一,在市场占据较高份额;二,很少需要思考,闷头按照流程做就好;三,很高效,流程不易出错,四,革新者和意见分歧很少出现;五,现有市场中流程优化的很好。2一是保持小团队规模来保持创新,二是发展过程中不制定严密规则,但因此可能要忍受管理混乱,三是仍然使用流程化工作来保持执行的高效,同时牺牲创造力、革新力、敏捷性以及等市场变化时所需的生存能力
