主要介绍小型发动机用气门轻量化的方法,除切削中空气门外,特别针对冲压成型的ULV(超轻气门),通过种种试验进行了分析探讨。200h 耐久试验结果表明,发动机的压缩比、扭矩、功率都有所提高,排气温度有所降低,同时使用安全可靠,展示了良好的实用前景。
This article mainly introduces the method of lightweighting small valves for engines. In addition to cutting the air valve, the ULV (Ultra-light Valve) is especially designed for stamping and forming. It has been analyzed through various tests. The result of 200h durability test shows that the compression ratio, torque and power of the engine are all improved, the temperature of the exhaust gas is reduced, and the safety and reliability are used at the same time, showing a good practical prospect.
