粘弹剂自1979年开始应用于临床已成为完善内眼手术必不可少的部分,其目的在于防止对组织的机械性损伤,提供较充分的操作空间和防止发生术后粘连。1990年5月～1992年4月我科用2％甲基纤维素做粘弹剂用于角、巩膜穿通伤修复术,治疗35例,效果满意,报告如下: Viscoelastic agents have been clinically used in clinical practice since 1979 as an integral part of percutaneous endoscopic surgery, with the goal of preventing mechanical damage to the tissue, providing more room for manipulation and preventing postoperative adhesions.
