对内蒙古自治区近年来推广种植的 71个春小麦品种的籽粒品质性状 (千粒重、容重、角质率 )和蛋白质品质 (粗蛋白的含量、湿面筋含量 )以及赖氨酸含量等 6项品质性状进行了较全面、详细的分析和评述 ,同时分析了品质性状之间的相关规律 .
