本文没置应用不同畦宽的试验田及玻璃室有底测坑,控制调节不同土壤水分研究,对花生不同生育期的生育规律及对油分累积动态的效应等问题。试验应用了测定土壤结构的理化分析;花生花芽分化及荚果发育进程的细胞解剖;油分的累积过程中有关脂、肪糖、淀粉的消长关系的生化分析等方面。初步证明不同畦宽,不同土壤渍水状况下对各生育期的总耗水量,花生主茎,分枝茎,叶,花等器官发育,花芽分化,子房柄发育,荚果发育等过程,及叶绿素,叶净同化率以及油分累积动态等均有不同程度的差异影响。本研究结果对调节土壤分水,控制春花生徒长,改进栽培技术,增加结荚率,饱果率而达到增产效果提供理论依据。
In this paper, there is no application of different width of the experimental field and glass chamber bottom of the pit, control of different soil moisture regulation, the growth of peanut at different growth stages of the law and the cumulative effect of oil accumulation and other issues. The physical and chemical analysis of the soil structure, the flower bud differentiation of the peanut, the cell dissection of the pod development and the biochemical analysis of the relationship between the growth and decay of fat, sugar and starch in the process of oil accumulation were applied. The results showed that the total water consumption of different growth stages, soil waterlogging and waterlogging, the growth of main stems, branches, leaves and flowers of peanut, the differentiation of flower buds, the development of ovary and the development of pods, Chlorophyll, leaf net assimilation rate and oil accumulation dynamics have different degrees of difference. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for regulating soil water diversion, controlling the growth of spring peanut, improving cultivation techniques, increasing the rate of podding and full fruit yield.
