一、引言为了有效地减轻旋转构件的振动和排除振动故障,人们在设计、选材、工艺和实验测试等方面,进行了大量的理论和实验研究。由于对旋转构件各种理想化的假设,以及对某些边界条件不可能透彻了解,要对旋转构件进行振动的分析和准确计算是十分困难的,尤其是高阶复杂振动。因此必须不断改进对旋转构件振动的检测技术,从而加强振动的实验研究。我们为国家“七五”攻关项目研制成功的图象消转双脉冲激光全息照相系统是全息测振的一种新型技术设备。它适用于高速旋转构件动态力学特性的精密、实时、全场、非接触无损检测。
I. INTRODUCTION In order to effectively reduce the vibration of rotating components and eliminate vibration faults, a great deal of theoretical and experimental research has been conducted on the design, material selection, process and experimental testing. Due to various idealized assumptions about rotating components and the incomplete understanding of certain boundary conditions, it is very difficult to analyze and accurately calculate the vibration of rotating components, especially high-order complex vibrations. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously improve the detection technology of the vibration of rotating components so as to enhance the experimental study of vibration. We successfully developed a national image for the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” project. The double pulse laser hologram system is a new type of holographic vibration measurement technology. It is suitable for precise, real-time, full-field, non-contact non-destructive testing of the dynamic mechanical properties of high-speed rotating components.
