本文在对内蒙呼市大窑文化遗址第四纪地层的研究中,通过对大量哺乳动物化石和孢粉微体化石的研究,获得了十分丰富的古生物信息,为从生物地层学角度划分本区地层提供了重要依据。孢粉组合共划分了四个不同的植被演化阶段和三个古动物群,结合古地磁测年,提出了划分本区地层的具体界限。
In the study of the Quaternary stratigraphy of Dayao Cultural Station in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, this paper obtained a great number of paleontological information through the study of a large number of mammalian fossils and sporopollenic fossils, in order to divide the region from the point of view of bio-stratigraphy Stratum provides an important basis. The sporopollen assemblage is divided into four different stages of vegetation evolution and three ancient animal groups. Combined with the paleomagnetic dating, the specific boundaries of the strata in this area are proposed.
