以含头风饮(TFY)血清抗血小板释放5HT和阻滞内皮细胞钙通道作用(14C5HT释放法和45Ca2+摄取法)为指标,探讨了含药血清低温保存和血清灭活的影响。结果显示:含药血清经长时间低温保存后药效均显著降低(P<0.01);血清灭活后使其药效作用有所提高,但无明显差异。提示含药血清进行低温冰冻保存仍影响其药效,进行血清药理学实验以使用新鲜血清或保存时间较短的含药血清为宜
The effects of serum containing TFY anti-platelet (5-HT) and endothelial cells (14C 5HT release method and 45Ca2+ uptake method) as indexes were investigated to investigate the effects of cryopreservation and serum inactivation of drug-containing serum. . The results showed that the efficacy of drug-containing serum was significantly reduced after long-term cryopreservation (P<0.01); after inactivating the serum, its pharmacodynamic effect was improved, but there was no significant difference. It is suggested that cryopreservation of drug-containing serum still affects its efficacy, and serum pharmacology experiments using fresh serum or drug-containing serum with shorter preservation time are appropriate.
