本文介绍某大型升船机结构振动台试验模型在模型材料选取、动力相似关系确定以及试验方案设计方面的解决办法。针对该升船机塔柱纵立面开洞少、沿高度楼板少,摆放附加配重的困难,提出了局部增加楼板或减少楼板的解决方法,并利用SAP2000软件对简化试验模型进行了计算分析,计算结果表明模型中楼板的简化处理对整体结构自振特性和地震反应影响很小,简化方法是可行性,但是,外纵墙预留洞口必须修补,才能更好模拟原型的动力特性。本文提供的试验设计思路对今后相关的试验工作有一定的借鉴作用。
In this paper, we introduce the solution to the model selection, the determination of the similar relation of power and the design of the experimental scheme for the shaking table test model of a large shiplift. In order to solve the problem that there are few openings in the vertical plane of tower crane tower, fewer floors along the height and additional counterweights, a solution to increase floors or reduce floors is proposed. The simplified test model is calculated by using SAP2000 software The results show that the simplification of floor slab in the model has little effect on the natural vibration characteristics and seismic response of the whole structure. The simplified method is feasible. However, the hole in the external wall must be repaired in order to better simulate the dynamic characteristics of the prototype. The experimental design ideas provided in this paper have a certain reference for future related experiments.
