二十一世纪我国已进入老龄化社会,老年教育、老年活动的开展不仅是终身教育国际性教育思潮的要求,而且是丰富充实老年人精神文化生活,维护社会稳定,促进社会文明的重要举措。本文通过分析企业老年教育中存在的问题,提出关于加强老年教育的相应对策,提高社会对老年教育的重要性的认识,通过完善办学模式、课程模式、管理模式、教学模式等,最大限度地满足老年人的精神文化需求,切实提高老年人生活质量。
In the 21st century, our country has entered an aging society.
