中小企业是我国经济的重要组成部分,但是中小企业融资问题一直阻碍着中小企业的发展。我国中小企业融资难问题,成因复杂,与我国当前阶段转换和结构性调整有关,也与过度杠杆化不均衡增长有关。而改善我国中小企业融资难的状况需要从中小企业本身、银行以及政府同时入手,而完善中小企业信用担保体系,是见效最快的方法,标本兼治的策略则是增强中小企业自身的自我积累能力重要方法。
