目的探索早期诊断Ⅱ型糖尿病下肢血管病变的方法.方法糖尿病病人随机分为A、B二组.A组86例进行双下肢彩色多普勒检查:B组92例进行肢体血流图检查.结果A组阳性检出率为89%,B组阳性检出率为70%,二组比较P<0.05.结论多普勒超声显象灵敏度高,有助于早期诊断糖尿病下肢动脉病变,准确性和定位价值均比肢体血流图好.
Objective To explore the method of early diagnosis of lower extremity vascular disease in type 2 diabetes.Methods The diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups A and B. A group of 86 patients underwent color Doppler examination of both lower extremities: 92 patients in group B were examined by limbography .Results The positive detection rate of group A was 89%, the positive rate of group B was 70%, P <0.05.Conclusion The sensitivity of Doppler ultrasonography is high, which is helpful for the early diagnosis of arterial disease, accuracy and Positioning value is better than limb blood flow map.
