在对高职院校后进学生的教育和管理过程中,严格的制度约束和批评教育的手段往往效果不佳或事与愿违。较有效的的方法应以培育学生自信为核心,唤起其心灵深处久违的成功期望,具体应从三点着手:发现闪光点,培育自信心;变批评为激励,激发学生修正错误的信心;背后表扬,强化自我约束。
In the process of education and management of backward students in higher vocational colleges, the strict institutional restraint and the means of criticizing education are often ineffective or counterproductive. A more effective method should be to cultivate students’ self-confidence as the core, to arouse their long-lost hearts and minds of the successful expectations, specifically should proceed from three points: to find a bright spot, cultivate self-confidence; criticized as an incentive to stimulate students to correct the error confidence; behind Praise, and strengthen self-restraint.
