中小民营企业在我国经济发展中占据着举足轻重的位置,面对中小民营企业的优势和劣势,如何提升中小民营企业管理水平是一项非常现实而紧迫的工作。文章引入的概念,研究中小民营企业该如何找到最适宜的经营规模,定性地给出企业值与企业经营规模的关系,并针对中小民营企业本身的特点(规模小、资金不足、没有雄厚的科研人员力量等),指出其比较适于采取竞争战略,而在经营规模的选择上应该采取扩张规模策略。
