2011年6月,为创新办案机制,缓解“案多人少”压力,提高办案效能,深圳市劳动人事争议仲裁院(以下简称深圳市仲裁院)秉承“深圳创新”精神,大胆尝试,率先在全市启动了兼职仲裁员招聘工作。为避免出现以往兼职仲裁员“只挂名不办案”、“想办案却无从办案”等问题,深圳市仲裁院高起点规划,以打造一支实干型兼职仲裁员队伍为目标,高标准要求,努力做到人员素质高、办案水平高、服务质量高。
