稀土钼是一种极有希望代替放射性钍钨和脆性LaB_6的真空电子器件阴极材料。镧钼阴极材料突出的优越性可大大改进真空发射管的性能,彻底解决钍钨阴极的放射性污染。介绍了这一新型材料的发展历史和研究及应用现状,讨论其性能特点,最后分析了应用前景和发展方向。
Rare earth molybdenum is a very promising cathode material for vacuum electronics in place of radioactive thoriated tungsten and brittle LaB_6. The prominent superiority of lanthanum molybdenum cathode material can greatly improve the performance of the vacuum tube and completely solve the radioactive contamination of thorium tungsten cathode. The development history, research status and application status of this new type of material are introduced. Their performance characteristics are discussed. Finally, the application prospect and development direction are analyzed.
