目的:建立贝瑞氏整合测验深圳地区的常模,为深圳这个多元化背景的移民城市提供适合于儿童智能发育水平的新测查方法。方法:通过整群分层抽取深圳市区域2.5~12岁8500例儿童标准化样本,对其进行贝瑞氏整合测验并进行结果评估,建立深圳地区的常模。结果:信度和效度检验均达到标准化要求;建立了深圳地区2.5~12岁儿童各年龄段贝瑞氏整合测验的百分位、标准分常模;将标准化的贝瑞氏整合测验应用于多动-注意力缺陷、学习困难儿童的诊断程序,既可判定儿童智能发育水平,又提供患儿认知功能缺陷的指标,为进一步诊治提供了依据。结论:标准化的贝瑞氏整合发育测验做为一种简便易行的儿童智能发育水平筛查方法,用于正常或异常儿童发育水平评估和心理行为发育疾病的诊断程序,测查方法具有其他智力测验无法替代的优点。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the Berry’s integrated test of norm in Shenzhen and to provide a new test method suitable for the level of intellectual development of children in immigrant cities with diverse backgrounds in Shenzhen. Methods: The stratified samples of 8500 children from 2.5 to 12 years old in Shenzhen were collected and standardized by Berry’s test. The results were evaluated and the norm of Shenzhen was established. Results: The reliability and validity test met the standardization requirements. The percentile and standard norm of Berry’s consolidation test in each age group of 2.5 ~ 12 years old in Shenzhen area were established. The standardized Berry’s integration test was applied to More active - attention deficit and learning difficulties of children’s diagnostic procedures, can not only determine the level of children’s intellectual development, but also provide indicators of children’s cognitive deficiencies, to provide a basis for further diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion: The standardized Berry’s Integrated Developmental Test is a simple and easy method for screening children’s mental development level, which is used to diagnose the development of normal or abnormal children and diagnose the psychological and behavioral diseases.
