信息化与工业化融合深度推进,企业对信息化人才的要求不断提高,高校信管专业的人才培养面临新的挑战。笔者分析了两化深度融合对信管专业人才技术能力、信息能力和管理能力的要求,以广西民族大学信管专业为例,分别从课程体系、教学实践、师资力量,以及学生学习等方面提出一些解决办法和建议。
With the deepening of the integration of informationization and industrialization, the requirements of enterprises for information talents are constantly increasing, and the cultivation of professionals in credit management of colleges and universities is facing new challenges. The author analyzes the requirements of the professional, technical, managerial and informational skills of the professionals in charge of information management based on the deep integration of the two cultures.
