MicroRNA(miRNA)作为一类具有广泛的基因调节功能的小分子 RNA,与生命体正常生理功能调控以及疾病的发生密切相关。近年来,循环 miRNAs 的存在及其在临床疾病诊断及治疗等方面的作用受到了越来越多的关注。随着相关领域研究的广泛开展,循环miRNAs 与心血管疾病发病及药物治疗方面的关系被逐渐证实。循环 miRNAs 有望作为新的生物标志物用于心血管疾病临床诊断及药物疗效评价。
MicroRNAs (miRNAs), as a class of small RNAs with a wide range of gene regulatory functions, are closely related to the regulation of normal physiological functions of living beings and the occurrence of diseases. In recent years, the existence of circulating miRNAs and their roles in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases have received more and more attention. With the extensive research in related fields, the relationship between circulating miRNAs and cardiovascular disease and drug therapy has been gradually confirmed. Circulating miRNAs are expected to be used as new biomarkers in the clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases and drug efficacy evaluation.
