I. INTRODUCTION Since the outbreak of the world energy crisis in 1973, the converter steelmaking industry has also suffered a great deal. In order to survive from the competition, the focus of the development of steel technology in various countries has also been turned to the technological track that has shifted from high-yielding to low-yielding, energy-saving, low-consumption, multi-variety and advanced.
