本实验观察了预先自大鼠腹腔注射赤芍水提取液对大脑皮层缺血10min及60min时亮脑啡肽(LEK)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、强啡肽A1-13(DynA1-13)3种阿片肽含量的影响。结果发现赤芍能抑制皮层缺血10min时LEK含量的升高,同时还能抑制皮层缺血60min时β-EP含量的升高,而对DynA1-13的含量则没有影响。因而认为赤芍治疗缺血性脑血管病的机理与其减少缺血脑组织LEK或β-EPP的释放,从而减轻缺血性脑损伤的程度有关。
In this experiment, Leucoenkephalin (LEK), β-endorphin (β-EP), and dynorphin A1-13 were preliminarily used to inject intraperitoneal injection of Radix Paeoniae Radix extract to rat cerebral cortex during 10 min and 60 min ischemia.
