铜合金中微量铅的测定除光谱、极谱法外,最常用的方法是采用打萨宗或PAR显色,但还免不了使用氰化物。本文是在确保分析精度的前提下对革除氰化物的分析方法的探讨。分析方法试样以硫酸、过氧化氢溶解,加硫酸钾-硫酸溶液使铅呈复盐沉淀而与其他元素分离。滤取沉淀,溶于乙酸铵,以六次甲基四胺作缓冲剂使铅与半二甲酚橙生成桔红色可溶性络合物,比色测定铅。
