本文用 NH_3和 SO_2为介质,进行了气相 O—S—N 共渗工艺的试验研究,根据对20~#钢,45~#钢,3Cr_2W_8,合金铸铁等材料的试验结果,讨论了共渗参数如共渗温度,共渗时间,SO_2/NH_3流量比对渗层组织和性能的影响。并对铝合金热挤压模,塑料模具等用该工艺处理后,在实际生产上,使用效果很好。本工艺特别适用于抗磨,抗咬合一类的机械零件;而且具有对环境污染小,操作控制方便,成本低等优点。
